hello, i am really savoring your substack. i navigate madness and addiction, identity work and graduate school.

I'm on the 3rd step of 12step work. the copernican turn resembles the letting go and giving over to.... not being the center of the universe. facing the hang ups in that process reveals a part that feels so sad about never getting her turn...

also like you said, it just feels so promising to be heard and seen and to not be alone. thank you truly for the help for a better relationship and perspective with all these parts. ♥️

I like the way you think, but you already know that. Cool, but we are fully conscious when we talk to others, when there is a dialogue with other person. (That means curiosity, interest, respect and perhaps love). There is not much room for real dialogue nowadays, also the level of conversation is not that great (even in our ghettos), and I guess that that's the battle on saving or destroying our world, (inner and external)... This lack of spaces of dialogue, that poor communication has been build by those in power over decades or even centuries. How to communicate, dialogue, be conscious and change narratives? It's clear that we have a problem of communication between ordinary people. And perhaps dialogue wouldn't work with a Nazi in power....
