We’re living through times that demand both clarity and connection. T-MAPs—Transformative Mutual Aid Practices—is a tool I’ve been developing for years to help people reflect on what matters most, navigate crisis, and build systems of care that actually work for our lives. It’s not therapy, not self-help, and definitely not another productivity hack. It’s a practice rooted in honesty, imagination, and collective survival.
This Sunday, I’m hosting a live T-MAPs group session where we’ll walk through the core questions together. It’s a space to slow down, get grounded, and connect with others who are also trying to make sense of their inner world while responding to the chaos around us. Whether you’re new to the practice or have filled out T-MAPs before, you’re welcome.

Bring a notebook, a quiet corner if you can find one, and your whole messy self. Let’s map what matters.
T-MAPs (Transformative Mutual Aid Practices) is a set of tools that grew directly out of the radical culture of The Icarus Project. It is a set of written documents designed to help us map our mental health journeys, identify what keeps us grounded, and build the support systems we actually need.
